Ingredients
• 120 g honey or agave syrup
• 50 g butter
• 80 g dates in pieces
• 150 g mixed nuts
• 150 g oat flakes
• 30 g hemp seed
• 2 tbsp peanut butter
• 20 g cocoa nibs

Preparation Preheat the oven to 170°C. Line a baking pan with baking paper or use a mold for muesli bars. Melt the butter and honey in a saucepan over low heat. Cut the dates into pieces. Roughly chop the mixed nuts. Place the oats, nuts and hemp seeds in the mixing bowl of a food processor and mix briefly. Remove pan from heat and pour butter-honey mixture into mixing bowl. Add the tablespoons of peanut butter and mix everything well on the lowest setting of the food processor. Spread the mixture evenly over the tin, place a piece of baking paper on top and press down well. Sprinkle lightly with the cocoa nibs and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool in the mold and then put in the fridge for an hour. Cut into strips with a sharp knife.
