Ingredients
2 large pizza's
• 250 ml (1 cup) of water
• 5 ml (1 tsp) instant yeast
• 5 ml (1 tsp) sugar
• 300 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
• 5 ml (1 tsp) salt

Preparation In a bowl, mix the water, yeast and sugar. Let stand until the preparation is foaming on top, about 5 minutes. Mix the flour and salt. Turn on the robot at a medium speed (with the plastic blade or the kneading hook) and add the yeast mixture until a soft ball is obtained. Remove the dough from the bowl and knead for a few minutes while flouring to prevent it from sticking. Place it in a lightly oiled bowl and cover it with a clean cloth. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place. Then cut it in half. Use the pizza dough immediately or refrigerate (less than 48 hours), otherwise place it in an airtight bag and freeze it. This recipe will allow you to prepare 2 pizzas of 23 cm with thin crust or 2 pizzas of 20 cm with a more generous crust.
