Ingredients
• 12 small round slices of bread
• 1 roll of goat cheese
• 2 fresh figs
• 1 tbsp of liquid honey
• freshly ground pepper
• sprigs of thyme for garnish
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 °.
Wash and dry the figs then cut them into slices. Cut the cheese into 12 slices place them on the bread. Bake for 3 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned. Take the canapes out of the oven and pour a bit of honey on the cheese. Place the slices of fig on top and garnish with thyme sprigs and serve.
