delicious chocolate balls

A nutritious and delicious treat that combines the goodness of nuts, seeds, and dark chocolate—perfect for a snack or a guilt-free indulgence!



Ingredients


  • 80 g almonds

  • 80 g walnuts

  • 80 g mixed seeds (chia, hemp, flaxseed, etc.)

  • 80 g pumpkin seeds

  • 3 tbsp peanut butter

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 250 g dark chocolate


Preparation


Start by blending the almonds and walnuts until finely chopped, then transfer them to a bowl. Add the mixed seeds and stir well to combine. Next, mix in the honey and peanut butter, stirring until the mixture is sticky enough to hold together.

Once everything is well combined, place the mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up. After chilling, roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a tray. Let them rest in the fridge for another hour, allowing them to set properly before coating them in chocolate.

Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate using a bain-marie until it becomes smooth and glossy. Once the chocolate is ready, dip each chilled ball into it, making sure they are completely covered. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

For the best texture, let the chocolate-coated balls set overnight in the fridge. The next day, they will be perfectly firm with a rich chocolate shell that cracks slightly with every bite.

These healthy chocolate balls are a perfect snack, energy boost, or sweet treat whenever you need a little indulgence without the guilt.
