Ingredients
6-8 ripe plums
25 cl of milk
3 sprigs of thyme
3 eggs
4 tbsp of liquid honey
60 g sugar
100 g of flour
50 g of ground almonds
60 g of melted butter
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 180 ° C (th. 6).
Heat the milk in a saucepan and when it simmers turn off the heat and
immerse the washed thyme sprigs in it. Cover and let steep for at least 1 hour.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with 3 tablespoons of honey and sugar then add the flour and ground almonds and whisk vigorously.
Remove the thyme from the milk and filter it to remove any lumps.
Pour the milk into the bowl, mix well then add the melted butter and mix until you get a smooth texture.
After having run them under water, split the plums and remove the stones.
Butter a mold and pour the dough halfway up.
Place the plums with the rounded side down and bake for 35 min.
When ready to serve, add a drizzle of honey and decorate with a sprig of thyme. To be enjoyed warm or cold!
