Ingredients
• 200 g flour
• 150 g sugar
• 3 ripe bananas
• 50 g butter
• 1/2 packet of baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 egg
• 10 cl of milk
Preparation Put the flour in a bowl with the yeast and add a pinch of salt. In another bowl put the sugar, the egg, the melted butter and the milk. Peel the bananas and keep 4 or 5 slices aside. Mash the rest in a separate bowl and incorporate them into the previous mixture. Mix well and pour the preparation into the first bowl containing the dry ingredients and mix again. Put the mixture in a cake mold and and divide the banana slices over it.
Bake for about 45 minutes at 180 ° C.
TIP You can add a handful of crushed walnuts or chocolate chips.
